iPads in Early Childhood Education: Video from Mrs. Judd’s Games

This video was shared at our last App Friday party, and I like the way it encapsulates the intentions of educators as they explore technology as a tool in the classroom. The video was created by Mrs. Judd’s Games

Thank you, from those of us at Mrs. Judd’s Games, for the invitation to write a few words to accompany our short video, How To Use iPads In Early Childhood Education.

In this brief film, we attempt to capture those special moments of learning that I have had the pleasure to witness throughout my many years of teaching. Watching bright young minds as they question, strategize, discover and share ideas with each other are among the special rewards experienced by professionals who work in enriching classrooms and early childhood programs.

Now that the capabilities of touch-screen technology present hands-on learning to very young students, those educational moments are easily observable wherever children are playing, learning and constructing their own educational frameworks on their iPads.

There is learning all around us. It has never been confined to classrooms. -Mrs. Judd

  1. Couldn’t agree more. The demand for high quality apps with learning & education intents is increasing as time goes by.

Developing innovative apps for young kids sure is the future. The most ‘out of the box’ apps will survive.
