Banner Program

The Banner Program is a way I can recognize developers who contribute to the Moms With Apps community in the following ways:

  1. They make incredible apps for kids and families – ones that support creativity, family connections, and learning.
  2. They are team players, and join the knowledge exchange in our forums and/or provide cross-marketing support for our promotions.
  3. They have future value, and are looking for ways to turn their hobby into a viable business, which will support product diversity in the marketplace.

Featured Developer

Patrick Larssen of Happi Papi has been stirring up the app development community with more than great apps. What started with three apps focused on early learning, has turned into a new augmented reality app where a child can literally take the driver’s seat. Full Throttle will be available in the App Store on Saturday May 19th. If that wasn’t enough, Patrick’s team is leading an initiative for education by gathering developers to offer their apps free to participating teachers for every new release. This is the type of gumption that keeps me revved up in support of family-friendly apps.

Banner Participants

For developers interested in the MWA Banner program, contact Lorraine at lorraineakemann@gmail.com. Those considered will need to meet the three criteria listed above, and will need to provide a Moms With Apps branded banner that illustrates their work. Please note that this is NOT an advertising program, but rather, an editorial decision.

Congrats to Motion Math,

Will definitely try this one out with my son and daughter. I met Gabriel at the iOSDevCamp and highly respect his dedication to educational apps.

More than me, my 3yr old daughter can tell you that this app (“Draw Animals”) rocks! She spends so much time coloring, drawing…. this app is just amazing. Well, I like any app that gives rise to creativity, and this is an app like that. Thank you Madhavi!

Hi Satyajit,

Thank you so much! I am so glad that a 3 year old is also enjoying iLuv Drawing Animals. We purposely designed it to be a simple app that focusses completely on drawing and I am glad that kids are gravitating towards it. Thank you so much for letting me know :)

Best Regards
Madhavi
